What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and implementing tailored change strategies and tools
  • Driving engagement across site, operational, and corporate teams
  • Leading change impact assessments, readiness activities, and communication plans
  • Ensuring the benefits of the change are clear, practical, and accessible to all stakeholders
  • Supporting long-term adoption and continuous improvement of new ways of working

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering change in infrastructure, construction, or field-based environments (non-IT)
  • Ability to engage and influence both site-based teams and senior leadership
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery skills
  • Degree in Change Management, Organisational Change, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • PROSCI accreditation desirable
